Campus Events

Risk Management Services (RMS) is an active member of the Campus Use Committee, which reviews and approves or denies event applications for public spaces on campus. Events involving non-university entities must provide a Certificate of Insurance with coverage for commercial general liability, and possibly auto liability and worker's compensation. The University of Arizona, Arizona Board of Regents, and the State of Arizona must be named as additional insureds, with minimum coverage requirements evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
