1/17/2022 1:25am 7/7a MZMO Residential-R2 False Alarm 533 RA informed CDOC that a video had been sent to them by an MZMO resident of another resident who pulled the fire alarm. RA consulted with CDOC on whether or not to approach resident right now. CDOC advised RA to complete an IR, attaching the video that was sent to them.

if there was a case number, none was provided.
1/28/2022 1:10am 8 Gila Residential-R2 False Alarm 317 RA called CDOC to notify that a resident had knocked into fire alarm, which went off, then was fixed. After fixing, battery had been knocked
out. CDOC consulted RA to see if there was another fire alarm nearby and confirmed that there was another fire alarm that would be available
in case as fire, as well as a fire exit that would set off alarm. CDOC instructed to submit maintenance request, submit informational IR and
follow up with CD in the morning.
1/30/2022 4:19am 167a Honors Village Residential-R2 False Alarm 6026 RA informed CDOC that the fire alarm for room 6026 was set off due to an oil diffuser. UAPD responded to the fire alarm. The fire alarm was
not able to be silenced. UAPD figured out how to temporarily silence the alarm and notified the RAOD that a technician is en route to the
buidling.

and DA instructed the residents around the safety perimeters of the building. DA informed CDOC 2 that the fire alarm was triggered by a
mechanical worker who mistakenly triggered the alarm. Fire Safety and UAPD accessed the scene and cleared the building for the residents
to enter. CDOC 2 contacted CDOC 1 to inform CDOC 1 that CDOC 2 were present and collected the detailed information.
