Shipping Hazardous Materials
Shipment of hazardous materials (Dangerous Goods) is governed by United Nations and U.S. Government regulations. Risk Management Services and Research Laboratory Safety Services are the units designated to coordinate hazardous materials shipments and to assist university personnel with compliance requirements of applicable regulations. All shipments of hazardous materials originating from the University must be coordinated through one of the designated units as listed below.
