Risk Management does not handle credentialing requests for medical professionals.

For Residents and Physicians, please work directly with the College of Medicine Graduate Medical Education Office at 520-621-2211. For more information, please visit the Malpractice and Training Verification page. 

For Nursing students, please work directly with the College of Nursing Office of Student and Academic Affairs.
