Risk Management & Safety is now using a completely online form for Driver Registration. As of May 27, 2008, Risk Management & Safety will no longer accept paper Driver Registration forms.

The new online form requires the following:

• Each Driver Must Have A Valid University NetID
• Each Driver Must Register Individually Using His Or Her Own NetID

Please note that if you are a new employee, newly registered student or department sponsored visitor, it can take up to a week before you will be in our database. Please allow that amount of time before you try to log into the system.

If you are a Volunteer for a department – you must now register as an official department sponsored visitor through your main department.
